All energy use data sent through Nxegen’s wireless network is encrypted and cannot be read by unauthorized users. Nxegen’s secure network includes the latest available technology(ies) that protects the confidentiality of Customer energy use data from view or access by unintended and unauthorized users.

Nxegen’s computer systems include the latest available technology(ies) that provide secure storage and access by authorized Nxegen employees and technicians only. Nxegen’s internet reporting capabilities include secure firewalls to protect customers and Nxegen from unauthorized individuals.

If, under the unfortunate circumstance, an unauthorized user gains access to your confidential energy data, Nxegen will take all legal action available to us.
